Beyond Body has become one of my favorite grounding places in Nairobi. It took me a while to get back within myself after my cancer journey and Beyond Body has given me the confidence to attend group classes again. It is a safe space for everyone. The variety of classes is amazing and the full moon gong baths seal the deal 💚
