About Beyond Body

Beyond Body is more than a fitness studio, it's a space for connection, movement, healing, and personal transformation.

Founded with the belief that true wellness goes far beyond physical appearance, Beyond Body offers a holistic approach to health that nurtures the body, mind, and nervous system together. Our studio brings together a unique blend of movement practices, therapeutic experiences, and community-driven events designed to help you feel stronger, calmer, and more connected to yourself.

We specialise in small-group, personalised sessions including Barre, TRX suspension training, Pilates, Yoga Trapeze, Feet up Yoga, Mobility, sound healing, Kids classes and mindfulness-based experiences. Every class is intentionally designed to build functional strength, improve mobility, support nervous system regulation, and create sustainable, long-term wellbeing, not quick fixes.

At Beyond Body, we believe that movement is medicine, community is healing, and consistency creates transformation.
